🔐 Account & Login
Q: How do I create an account?
A: Download the HER Balance Rx app from the App Store, open it, and tap Sign Up. Enter your name, email, password, and other fields to create your account. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Q: I forgot my password—how can I reset it?
A: On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to reset your password.
💳 Subscriptions & Billing
Q: How do I start a subscription?
A: In the app, go to Profile → Subscriptions and choose your plan (monthly or annual). All billing is handled securely through your Apple ID in the App Store using Revenue Cat. Subscriptions can also be accessed when a paywall is triggered if attempting to access a pro feature.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Open your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select HER Balance Rx, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Q: How do I restore purchases on a new device?
A: Download the app on your new device, log in with the same account, then go to Profile → Restore Purchases to reactivate your subscription.

Q: How do I track my cycle?
A: Go to the Cycle Tracker tab, select your phase or log symptoms, and the app will update your cycle calendar automatically.
Q: How do I update my wellness preferences?
A: In Profile → Health Settings, you can update your health goals, dietary preferences, or lifestyle information at any time. Your recommendations will adjust instantly.
Q: How do I get a personalized meal plan?
A: Complete your health quiz and set your goals. Then go to the Meal Plan section to view your 7-day plan with recipes, macros, and substitution options.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
