Our Story
HER Balance was founded by Dr. Brandy Golden, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Healthcare Executive, after years of seeing how women’s health needs were overlooked in both healthcare and the workplace. What started as a women’s health initiative quickly grew into a corporate wellness solution designed to bring science-backed, real-life strategies to organizations that want to truly support their people.
